At The Cosplay Club we take the holding of your information seriously and will never sell or rent your details to a third party.
When you are volunteering at an event we request your:
Name – so we know what to call you/can book you accomodation where applicable
Contact Phone Number – so we can contact you about any changes or ask for clarification on any information you have supplied. We will normally try to text you first in order to avoid disturbing you when you might be busy.
Email – to send you confirmation of your place and relevant info
Costumes you would like to bring – to avoid duplication of characters
An emergency contact if you have one – in order to contact someone if you are injured or become ill
Your details will be held on our electronic database in the follow up to the event and upto a month after the event.
You will need to fill out an application form for each event as we don’t transfer your data.
Upon your request we will keep your name, email address and the events you are interested in to invite you to future events.
